Motorists driving from Volcano to Hilo tomorrow morning between the hours of 7a-8:30am are encouraged to leave early and allow for extra time due to an unprecedented amount of Ka’u residents driving to Hilo to testify, rally and stop a luxury development at Punalu’u.
