Jay-Z plans two Yankee Stadium nights honoring two landmark albums

Jay-Z is set to mark two defining moments in his career with a pair of summer concerts at Yankee Stadium. The back-to-back shows will celebrate the anniversaries of his groundbreaking albums Reasonable Doubt and The Blueprint, widely regarded as cornerstones of hip-hop.

The first performance, scheduled for July 10, commemorates 30 years since the release of Reasonable Doubt. The following night, July 11, will spotlight the 25th anniversary of The Blueprint.

A post from RocNation reads: “Two historic nights to celebrate the iconic albums Reasonable Doubt and The Blueprint JAŸ-Z 30 on Friday, July 10 JAŸ-Z 25 on Saturday, July 11 Yankee Stadium Stay Tuned”

Originally released in 1996, Reasonable Doubt introduced listeners to songs like “Ain’t No N****,” “Can’t Knock the Hustle,” “Feelin’ It,” and “Dead Presidents,” helping establish Jay-Z as a major force in rap. The Blueprint, which arrived in 2001, further cemented his legacy with hits including “Izzo (H.O.V.A.),” “Jigga That N****,” and “Girls, Girls, Girls.” Both albums have earned platinum status and remain influential decades later.

Details about ticket sales have not yet been released, with organizers encouraging fans to stay tuned for updates. The announcement follows months of online speculation, sparked in part by subtle changes to Jay-Z’s streaming profiles and the launch of a dedicated anniversary website. He has also rolled out a series of commemorative vinyl releases tied to key tracks from across his catalog.

The shows will be among Jay-Z’s few live appearances this year, alongside a co-headlining set at the Roots Picnic on May 30 alongside The Roots. While fans have speculated about additional performances or new music, no further plans have been confirmed.
