Kona Community Hospital announced the permanent addition of Dr. Carl R. Jenson, a board-certified radiation oncologist with over 40 years of experience, to its oncology team. Dr. Jenson had previously served as a visiting provider and is now joining full-time.
Dr. Jenson becomes one of three permanent oncology providers at the hospital.
Kona Community Hospital is now the only facility on the neighbor islands with a full contingent of permanent oncology specialists.
