The High Surf Warning for all West Facing Shores of Hawaiʻi Island, from Upolu Point in North Kohala to South Point in Ka`u has been extended through tonight.
Due to the High Surf Warning, the following has been advised:
- Kahalu`u Beach Park in Kona is closed due to debris and high surf.
- Other west facing shore beach parks may close without notice.
