Makala Blvd. between Queen Ka`ahumanu Hwy. and Kuakini Hwy. 6:30 am – 6:30 pm: limited lanes open; no access to Kuakini Hwy.
Palani Rd. between Queen Ka`ahumanu Hwy and Kuakini Hwy. 6:00 am – 1:00 am: westbound lane closed 6:30 am – 1:00 am: eastbound lane closed
Palani Rd. between Kuakini Hwy. and Ali`i Dr. 6:00 am – 1:00 am: closed
Ka`ahumanu Pl. and Kailua Pier Thursday, 10/12 thru Sunday, 10/15 at 3:00 pm: closed
Ali`i Dr. from Ka`ahumanu Pl. to Likana Ln. Thursday 10/12 thru Sunday, 10/15 at 3:00 pm: closed
Ali`i Dr. between Likana Ln. and Hualalai Rd. 6:00 am – 1:00 am: closed
Hualalai Rd. between Ali`i Dr. and Kuakini Hwy. 6:30 am – 1:00 am: closed
