Tennis instructor sentenced in sexual contact with student

HILO, Hawaii (AP) _ A 59-year-old Big Island tennis instructor has been sentenced to five years in prison for inappropriate sexual contact with a former student in 2002.
Dionecio Bondallian is already serving a five year-prison sentence for a separate case on Maui involving the same girl.
The girl was between 14 and 16 years old when the assaults occurred.
Under the terms of a plea agreement, attorney Brian De Lima says his client will be allowed to serve his five-year sentences for third-degree sexual assault on the Big Island case concurrently with his Maui sentence.
Bondallian operated Bondallian Tennis and was a professional tennis instructor for 30 years.
