Hawaiian Air reports rise in February traffic

Hawaiian Airline’s expansion paid off for the state’s oldest airline in February as the additional flights produced a 6.9 percent rise in passenger traffic. The airline this week reported it carried more than 751-thousand passengers last month, compared with nearly 703-thousand for the same period a year ago. The percentage of seats filled fell slightly from 82.9 percent to 81 percent.
