Waikoloa man charged with meth trafficking

A Waikoloa man has been charged with methamphetamine trafficking and several other offenses after vice officers executed a search warrant at his Alana Street home last Friday (February 22). 46-year old Paul Solis Sr., 24-year old Zerica Bell-Ching of Hawi and 20-year old Ainjel Mullaley of Waikoloa were taken into custody as officers seized 13.5 grams of methamphetamine, a half gram of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and two handguns. They also recovered more than $8,800 in cash and a pair of flat screen
televisions for forfeiture. The two women were released on Saturday pending further investigation. Solis faces additional charges of promoting dangerous and detrimental drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and multiple firearms offenses. He is presently free after posting bail.
