Vulcans face HPU in Pac West Hoops

The University of Hawai`i at Hilo men’s and women’s basketball teams return to action this afternoon when they host in-state rival Hawai`i Pacific University in Pac West conference action at UH Hilo Gym. Both teams will be trying to bounce back from Saturday setbacks to Point Loma Nazarene that saw the women drop a 51-45 decision and the men lose 79-61. The women’s contest tips off at 2:00 p.m. while the men take the court at 4:30 p.m.
