Search ends for missing spear fisherman

Fire rescue personnel have ended their search for a missing spear fisherman that began Thursday night. 41-year old Jeremiah Nathan was last seen walking on Honaunau Beach with diving gear Wednesday, and was reported missing after he failed to arrive on a flight to California to attend his brother’s wedding. The man’s truck was found unlocked with keys, wallet, and cell phone inside, but no trace of Nathan was found after a four day land, air and sea search. The Coast Guard ended its search on Saturday.
