Police seek missing Hilo teen

Police are searching for a missing 16-year old who was last seen January 14 in Hilo. 16-year old Makananui Fejeran of Hilo is described as Hawaiian, approximately 6-foot-2, 178 pounds with brown eyes and short dark hair.
