Search continues for missing fisherman off South Point

A 67-year old man remains missing after he fell 20 feet off a cliff and into the ocean while fishing at South Point in Ka`u Sunday. The man was last seen by other fishermen about 50 yards off shore and traveling south in the current around 10:45 p.m. Fire, Coast Guard and National Guard aircraft took part in the air, water and shoreline search on Monday that was suspended due to darkness. The search resumed today with Fire, Coast Guard and National Guard units taking part.
