4th person charged in November Kona robbery

A 4th person has been arrested and charged in connection with the November 26th robbery in the parking lot of Kona’s Ali`i Sunset Plaza that sent the victim to the hospital with a fractured jaw along with minor cuts and scrapes. 22-year old Kekoa Duguran of Kailua-Kona was charged with first degree robbery and assault and third degree theft. A 26-year old Kealakekua man told police he met a local man at a bar who took him to the northwest corner of the parking lot to meet five or six males, who punched and kicked him and fled on foot with his backpack.
