Up to 1K mourners expected at Inouye memorial

HONOLULU (AP) — Up to 1,000 mourners are expected at this weekend's memorial service for the late-U.S. Sen. Daniel Inouye of Hawaii. Nadine Siak is a spokeswoman at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, where the service will be held. She says Sunday's service will be a memorial with plans for a private burial by the family later. Inouye is to lie in state at the Hawaii state Capitol in Honolulu on Saturday. Inouye died on Monday from respiratory complications. He was 88.
