Man arrested for gasoline theft

A Pepeekeo man has been arrested for stealing gasoline from a warehouse on Sunday. The original theft occurred around 5:30 p.m. but a video surveillance camera caught 22-year old Norton Castro returning to the scene some six hours later and attempting to steal more gas. Castro was charged with two counts of second degree burglary and one count of third degree theft.
