Vulcan Golfers pull off big win

The University of Hawaii at Hilo will be moving up in the rankings following a one-stroke victory at the Golfweek Fall Invitational Division II event in Sunriver, Oregon. The 10th ranked Vulcans finished with a team score of 876 to edge out Grand Canyon by one stroke and 9th ranked Western Washington, Chico State and Cal State Stanislaus by two strokes. Corey Kozuma led the Vulcans with a 5-under par 211 to finish third in the individual standings, six strokes behind Colorado-Mines’s Michael Lee.
