Kea`au will try to capture its first victory tonight when it plays host to Hilo High in BIIF gridiron action. The Cougars take an 0-3 record into this evening contest against the 2-1 Vikings that will begin after the 5:00 p.m. Junior Varsity game. Tonight’s other contest finds Hawai`i Prep traveling to Honoka`a with kickoff set for 7:00 p.m. The league’s three unbeaten teams will be in action Saturday, with Kealakehe putting its perfect record on the line when it travels to Wong Stadium to play Waiakea following the 5:00 p.m. Junior Varsity game. The battle of the unbeatens takes place in Kealakekua, where Konawaena entertains Kamehameha beginning with Junior Varsity action at 5:00 p.m. And Ka`u will pick up its first win at the expense of Kohala which will forfeit its remaining games due to shortage of players.
