Hilo faces Waiakea under the Friday night lights

The bragging rights of Hilo will be on the line tonight when Hilo entertains Waiakea in BIIF gridiron action at Wong Stadium. Both teams take a 1-1 record into this evening’s contest which will kickoff following the 5:00 p.m. junior varsity game. Tonight’s other match up sends 3-0 Kamehameha to Ka`u to play the winless Trojans in a 7:00 p.m. contest. On Saturday Konawaena visits Hawai`i Prep and Kohala entertains Honoka`a in a pair of 2:00 p.m. contests, while Kealakehe travels to Kea`au with the varsity taking the field after the 1:00 p.m. junior varsity game
