Perez charged in Honoka`a burglary

Police have charged Sam Ryelan Perez with single counts of burglary and theft in connection with the August 23rd home break-in and robbery. A 57-year old Honoka`a woman called police and reported that upon returning home, she discovered that her residence had been entered and several items were missing. Police say a neighbor observed a male running through adjacent yards and identified him as Perez. His arrest led to the recovery of some of the property allegedly stolen by Perez.
