Man, 26, dead after shot in the face in Makaha

WAIANAE, Hawaii (AP) — The 26-year-old man shot in the face in Makaha has died. The medical examiner's office identifies him as Christopher Medeiros. An autopsy is scheduled for Friday. Police and emergency officials said he was in critical condition after Wednesday night's shooting. He died Thursday. A 23-year-old suspect was arrested on second-degree attempted murder.
