Police seek missing Ocean View man

Police are seeking a 41-year old Ka`u man with a medical condition that requires medication. Sumer Keoni McDowell was reported missing after he failed to return to his Ocean View home on September 7th. McDowell is 5-foot-9, about 220 pounds with a fair complexion, light brown shoulder length hair and brown eyes. He operates a silver 2004 Nissan four door sedan and is known to frequent the downtown Kailua-Kona area.
