Police seek 2 missing persons

Police are searching for a 14-year-old Pāpa`ikou boy who was last seen August 24th in Hilo. Noah Lautalo is 5-foot-9, 165 pounds with short black hair and brown eyes. Also being sought is 70-year old David Smith of Kapoho, who was last seen on July 23rd. Smith is 5-foot-9, 210 pounds with gray, bushy hair, a long gray beard and hazel eyes. He may be operating a brown, 1979 Chevy Pick-up truck, HNU 401. If you have any information on either individual’s whereabouts call the police non-emergency number at 935-3311.
