Man sought for questioning/outstanding warrants

Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 31-year-old man wanted for questioning in a disorderly conduct and assault investigation over the weekend and a pair of outstanding warrants. Rodney Impelido was last seen in Waimea. He is described as a Filipino, about 5-foot-7, 165 pounds with short black hair and tattoos on his neck, shoulders, calf and back.
