Gas Prices heading back up

Prices at the gas pump are rising again after an 11 week decline, according to the AAA Hawai`i Weekend Gas Watch. The statewide average of $4.17 for a gallon of regular unleaded is 3 cents more than last weekend, but 2 cents lower than last month and 7 cents higher than last year. Hilo saw the biggest increase since last week, by jumping eight cents to $4.20, which is a penny more than last month and 8 cents more than this time last year
