Police seek second prison escapee

Authorities at the Hale Nani Correctional Facility reported on Tuesday that 31-year old Ryan Jeffrieshamar had escaped. Jeffrieshamar is 5’7” weighs 165 pounds, has short brown hair and blue eyes. He’s the second recent escapee from the facility located off Route 11 in Hilo. Last month, 32-year old Dallas Wesley Runyon of Ka`ū left without authorization and remains at large. Runyon is described as Caucasian, about 5-foot-10, 175 pounds with blue eyes. If you have any information on the whereabouts of either individual, call the police non emergency number at 935-3311.
