Man sought for attempted murder

A 34-year old man is being sought for attempted murder following a Wednesday morning shooting in Hilo. Police say a 34-year old Hilo man was reportedly threatened by a man with a firearm who discharged a round in the parking lot of the Orchid Manor
condominium complex before fleeing shortly after 1:00 a.m.. The suspect was identified as Jarvis Naoki Higa of Hilo, who may be armed and is considered dangerous. He is described as Japanese, 5-foot-6, with short black hair and tattoos on his chest. If you
