4 arrested in Kona drug raid

Two men and two women have been charged with numerous drug offenses after police acting on tips from the public raided a Kona Highlands house and recovered various drugs. Police recovered various amounts of methamphetamine, crack cocaine, heroin, morphine pills, a loaded .38 caliber revolver, drug paraphernalia and $1,000 in cash. Arrested were 51-year old Herbert Smith and 23 year old Alyssa Anderson, who reside at the house, 25-year old Sidney Biber of Kailua-Kona and 34 year old Leonard Karpik of Ocean View.
