Fire Dept. kept busy looking for missing diver

A scuba diver who disappeared in high surf near the Kaawaloa light house on Saturday remains missing. A Fire Department rescue boat and helicopter searched Sunday from Keauhou to Hookena and 4 miles off shore, while scuba divers searched 800 yards north of where the person was last seen and to the Captain Cook Monument. A ground search was also conducted from the monument to 1 mile north of the person’s last known location.
