Eblacas charged with theft

A 45-year old Hilo man has been charged with the theft of several items including a Ford Flatbed Truck and two Lincoln Welders that were taken from a business sometime between April 16 and April 17, 2012. Frank Eblacas, who has no permanent address was charged with 2nd degree theft. His bail was set at $10,000. Police request that if anyone has additional information about this incident to contact Detective James Correa at 961-2289.
