Police arrest 20 for DUI

Police arrested 20 motorists for drunk driving during the week ending June 25, 2012. The 698 motorists arrested this year is a 3.1 percent reduction from a year ago, when 720 had been nabbed. 727 major accidents have occurred in 2012, or 6.6 percent more than the 682 recorded a year ago. And traffic fatalities remain 27.3 percent ahead of last year with 14 compared to 11 at this time in 2011.
