Pollack confirmed to Supreme Court

Circuit Judge Richard Pollack will become the newest member of the state Supreme Court once he takes the oath of office. The state Senate on Friday confirmed Governor Neil Abercrombie’s appointment of the O`ahu Circuit Court Judge to a ten year term. Pollack fills the vacancy created by James Duffy Jr., who recently reached the mandatory retirement age of 70.
