Gas Prices continue to fall

Gas prices dropped throughout the islands for the third week and the statewide average for regular went down by 18 cents to $4.37. The price is 16 cents less than a month ago and 32 cents more than a year ago. The AAA Hawai`i Weekend Gas Watch found that Hilo’s average price of $4.43 a gallon was eight cents less than last week, 17 cents less than last month and 47 cents higher than at this time last year.
