National association honors Moniz-Kahoohanohano

HONOLULU (AP) — University of Hawaii associate athletics director Marilyn Moniz-Kahoohanohano has been named the recipient of this year's Nell Jackson Administrator of the Year Award. The honor is bestowed by the National Association of Collegiate Women Athletics Administrators. A former standout volleyball player for the Rainbow Wahine in the early 1970s, Moniz-Kahoohanohano has been a member of the UH athletics administration for the past 20 years.
