Rain canceled in Los Angeles; production issues cited

LOS ANGELES (AP) _ Another concert by the South Korean pop star Rain has been canceled, disappointing fans who had reportedly flown in from Hong Kong and Tokyo. The Saturday night show at the Staples Center was called off ``due to issues related to the show's production.'' That's according to a statement from Rain's promoter, V-2-B Global, posted on the Staples Center Web site. The Staples Center appearance was to be the final U-S stop on the ``Rain's Coming'' world tour that began in December in Seoul. The other five appearances in Honolulu, San Francisco, Atlanta, New York and San Jose, Califoria, were canceled earlier this month. (Copyright 2007 Associated Press. All rights reserved)
