Enrollment in marijuana registry drops by 22 percent

HONOLULU (AP) _ After five years of rapid growth, the number of medical marijuana users registered with the state has dropped significantly. The number of people registered with the state dropped by almost 22 percent during the past ten months. That's according to statistics supplied by the state Department of Public Safety.
